agehasprings Holdings Corp. (株式会社アゲハスプリングス・ホールディングス) is a music production and management agency with a goal of creating a place that is innovative and universal, where people can share great music, connect with each other, and share their emotions.[1][2]
agehasprings Holdings Corp. is one of two production companies responsible for the creation and involvement of the next-generation virtual singer "VSinger"[note 1] project, En-gene. Their first developed AI vocalist for the project, Shirakami Meito, made her debut in March 2023 and is among the companies' first exclusive Synthesizer V Studio vocalists.

agehasprings Holdings Corp. was founded on July 20, 2011 by representative Tamai Kenji, a producer of numerous hit songs including that of the Japanese singer and lyricist Aimer. On March 22, 2024, in collaboration with TMIK Co., Ltd., using in-house composition AI technology by agehasprings Holdings Corp., the En-gene virtual singer "VSinger" project was announced. Three vocalists were selected by the company amongst many candidates to take part in the project, one of which would become the Synthesizer V AI-powered singer Shirakami Meito, who made her official debut the same day, alongside two other virtual talents Hakushi Matsuri and Shirakiri Rei. There are currently no known plans to release the voice database publicly and thus far only Shirakami Meito has been confirmed for Synthesizer V. It it currently unknown if the other two vocalists will also be developed for Synthesizer V.[3][4]
