The BanG Dream! AI Singing Synthesizer project, titled Yumenokessho (夢ノ結唱, English; "A Dream Duet"), is a project developed by Bushiroad Inc. in collaboration with the multi-media franchise BanG Dream! together with the voice synthesis software engines CeVIO AI and Synthesizer V Studio.

Concept[]

The Yumenokessho project is conceptualized as a next-generation project that started in collaboration with the voice creation software CeVIO AI along with the BanG Dream! guitarist and lead vocalist, Toyama Kasumi of the band Poppin'Party as well as Minato Yukina, the lead vocalist of the band Roselia. The singing voices can be expressed with high accuracy using AI technology such as deep learning. Users will be able to reproduce the voice quality, habits, and singing style, and have the ability to finely adjust the pitch, timing and vibrato.[1]

History[]

The first two vocalists to be developed for this series are Toyama Kasumi's CeVIO AI Song Voice, POPY and Minato Yukina's Song Voice, ROSE, which were released on December 21, 2022.. On October 26, 2023, Bushiroad Inc., in collaboration with AH-Software Co. Ltd. announced the development of POPY and ROSE as AI voice databases for Synthesizer V Studio.[2][3]
