History[]
On October 3, 2023, Dreamtonics Co., Ltd. posted a thread on Twitter announcing four new voice databases in development for Synthesizer V Studio that were to be "coming up", providing no information apart from teasers.[1] The first of four voice databases to be teased with a demo song within the thread was Hayden, described as an "English male voice database featuring high, crisp tones, with an attractive huskiness on the low to middle tones" showcasing "a soft, breathy, and even melancholic timbre reminiscent of early-2000s pop and radio alt-punk slow anthems".[2]
Hayden was released on October 26, 2023.

Voice Databases[]
- Hayden's voice was described as having high, crisp tones, with an attractive huskiness on the low to middle tones, and showcasing a soft, breathy, and even melancholic timbre.
- He was noted to be suitable for early-2000s pop and radio alt-punk slow anthems.
- With Diffusion Probabilistic Models (DPM), Hayden can sing more realistically through changes in volume and breath, further enriching singing details, making each singing unique, and providing creators with more options. Through this mode, he can use AI Retakes to create multiple "takes" of a sung section to find an ideal vocal without the need for "laborious tuning". This feature is only available in the Synthesizer V Studio Pro Editor.
- Phoneme format: ARPABET
- Through Cross-lingual Singing Synthesis, Hayden can sing in not only English but also in Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, and Japanese. Since the release of his v101b1 update on December 18, 2023, he can also sing in Spanish with this feature. Cross-lingual Singing Synthesis is only available in the Synthesizer V Studio Pro Editor.
- Hayden comes with four variations:[7]
- "Clear"
- "Heavy"
- "Soft"
- "Powerful"
