Hifumi,inc. (株式会社一二三; Kabushikigaisha Hifumi ) is a music production company based in Shibuya, Japan. It is best known for its musicians, singers, and streamers (including but not limited to the utaites Aitsuki Nakuru and Itsuki Natsume) as well as the Synthesizer V voice databases Nakuru and Natsume Itsuki (which are based on the voices of the afore-mentioned utaites).

Yuzuru Sato (佐藤 讓; Satō Yuzuru) is a music critic and producer, and is the representative director of Hifumi,inc.; he also works as an original writer and scriptwriter, under the pen name Amane Tō (天音トウ). In 1999, he provided management guidance for the game industry newspaper DEGITAL ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESS and produced the "Video Game Industry White Paper". In 2001, he joined rockin'on inc. and was in charge of editing/sales for music magazines rockin'on and BUZZ. In 2006, he worked as a broadcaster, talent developer, and consultant proposing contents for companies. He produced mu-Jack for Kansai Television, LISMO Channel for KDDI, the mobile game GPS Detective Club (GPS探偵倶楽部), and Platina Jazz: Anime Standards (an anime jazz cover album in collaboration with Swedish artist Rasmus Faber). He also directed KKBox, a Taiwanese music service, and produced the overseas service for NTT Docomo's d-anime Store. As Amane Tō, he authored the ikemen stage play Gekidan V (劇団V) and the manga Koiiro☆Caramelise (恋色☆キャラメリゼ); he also launched in 2016 the anime Utakata:Overdrive (ウタカタ・オーバードライブ) with anime director Seiji Mizushima and directed the music production for the mobile game Tokyo 7th Sisters and the PriPara anime/game franchise.[2]
